This guide is dedicated to SWTOR Jedi Sage builds guide. There are three main types of Jedi Sage builds – Healing or Seer build, Telekinesis or DPS build and lastly balanced builds.
If you are looking for detailed SWTOR guide covering all builds for pvp and fast leveling up then I highly recommend that you check out Aeon Guide by clicking here.
Note that I’ll be going through these and giving you just a brief overview of what each build looks like. We will go in depth in a separate guide dedicated to each of these builds. Let’s look at each one of these Jedi Sage builds one by one.
SWTOR Jedi Sage Builds Guide – Healing or Seer Build
PvE Builds: Standard (32/7/2), Offensive Leveling (30/9/2)
PvP Builds: PvP Standard (32/7/2)
The Healing or Seer build is a preventative and control based type of build. It takes almost all important skills from the Seer tree making it highly effective healer and control based character. Note that despite the fact that its a healer build there are a few abilities taken from Telekinesis tree and these are extremely important.
Your healing specialization includes some of the very important and crucial Jedi Sage abilities like Benevolence, Disturbance, Deliverance, Force Armor, Rejuvenate, Restoration, Healing Trance, Salvation and Weaken Mind.
When it comes to gears Willpower will be your primary stat. Other good options are Surge rating, Alacrity, Expertise Rating (PvP).

SWTOR Jedi Sage Builds Guide – Telekinesis or DPS build
PvE Builds: Standard (3/31/7)
PvP Builds: PvP Standard (3/31/5)+2
Your priority list for single target in order should be Weaken Mind, Disturbance, Mind Crush, Turbulence, Telekinetic Wave, Telekinetic Throw, Disturbance.
If you are going for area damage then the priority list would have Weaken Mind, Turbulence, Telekinetic Wave, and Force quake as good options.
These are just priority lists. Depending upon whether you are in PvP or PvE and what level you currently are you will select rotations and way you use these abilities.
The PvE build is pretty much a standard one. Critical Hits are your bread and butter all the way. I will write more about when and how to use abilities in PvE in a more detailed guide.
The PvP guide has two left over points that you could invest in Critical Kinesis or Blockout depending on your preference of choice between damage vs control.
As far as gears go, Willpower is your primary stat again. Critical Strike Rating is the secondary. Alacrity is another important one.
SWTOR Jedi Sage Builds Guide – Balance Build
PvE Builds: Sever Force (3/7/31), Hybrid Telekinetics (0/13/28)
PvP Builds: PvP Sever Force (3/7/31)
The priority list for balance Sage builds is Force in Balance, Weaken Mind, Sever Force, Telekinetic Throw, Mind Crush, Telekinetic Wave, Project, Telekinetic Throw.
This build has period damage, it’s a self healer and is highly efficient. I will talk more about the Jedi Sage balance build in a separate guide dedicated just to this topic. That’s all on SWTOR Jedi Sage builds guide.
